The Bioflow Company offers a risk-free 90-day trial.  When you buy through this website, we offer a 12-month trial for personal use, not for business use.  For this you MUST conduct the trial as detailed here.

The 12-month trial applies only to the first unit purchased.

There are five simple steps
to the trial:

  1. Have an accurate record of your previous fuel use.
  2. Buy the product and fit it – use our simple fitting guide.
  3. Keep a record of fuel use and note differing usage patterns.
  4. When full efficiency is reached, compare your figures of fuel use.
  5. Work out the value of your guaranteed 10 years of savings!

If you’re not satisfied, return your privately-used H2flow, Motoflow or Thermoflow  within 12 months, with our Pivotal Health receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price. There’s no risk, because you know the full costs up-front.

There are four stages in the guarantee, supporting you through a lifetime of owning a Bioflow environmental product.  Maybe the first guarantee you’ll want, though, is to know that The Bioflow Company is reliable!  After all, they invented the products, make them at the factory in Plympton, Devon, and operate the distribution system.  We at Pivotal Health are independent distributors and we work hard supporting your guarantee and customer service.  But ultimately it’s Bioflow’s reputation that you need to trust first!

STAGE 0:  How trustworthy is The Bioflow Company?

Bioflow began in 1991 as Ecoflow Ltd, selling their now well-proven magnetic fuel-saving device Motoflow.  From it, almost accidentally, the Bioflow was developed, and went on sale in 1996.  It was spectacularly successful and the company has been steadily growing ever since.  You can read more in The Bioflow Story.

This century, Bioflow has three times won major UK industry awards given annually to small and medium sized private companies.  This South-Western English business has gained the prestigious ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental accreditations and is an Investor In People.  Sales are now over two million, with distributors in eight European countries and Australia, and sales worldwide.

For the 10th anniversary celebration of the Bioflow CRP Therapy System the Princess Royal was pleased to attend at the factory and offices and was shown around to see how the products she uses were made.

Bioflow mostly uses direct marketing for distribution, because these are word-of-mouth products - they’re so good that most people - including engineers - would believe the claims without first hearing them from someone they trust!  The network of independent distributors like ourselves reached 7000 by 2006; many of us are highly successful full time businesses - we include several Bioflow millionaires.  Most distributors, though, are part-timers making an extra income from home.


STAGE 1:  Safe Purchase Guarantee

It’s simple enough.  If you buy a Thermoflow from us and it doesn’t suit, just send it back in perfect condition, in its original packing and with the receipt, within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll give you your purchase price back by return.  We won’t quibble or delay, though we would prefer to know why it didn’t please so that we can use your feedback to improve our service.


STAGE 2:  Your Trial Period

The Bioflow Company supports a 90-day trial period.

This gives you enough time to see whether your Thermoflow is for you. If, before the 90 days are up, you return it to us with the receipt, we’ll give you a prompt refund of the purchase price.  It must be essentially complete and not damaged by, for example, carelessness or accident.  We then send it with the receipt to Bioflow and pay them for a replacement.

We at Pivotal Health support a ONE YEAR PRIVATE USE trial period.

For private, not business use, we will honour an extension of the Bioflow guarantee to a full year, provided that you follow the trial requirements outlined on the left. We’ve only once had a Motoflow, Thermoflow or H2flow returned to us under warranty, and we believe this is because of three things:

We are up-front about exactly what these products
can and cannot do - full disclosure.

We ask you to undertake a careful trial so that you can
assure yourself that the claims of performance are genuine.

We’ve found that if we trust our customers,
they’ll trust us in return.

With this trial, we’re confident that you’ll find that these products will work for you. However, do please satisfy any questions you have before you purchase. That’s why it’s a good idea to ring us before you buy, to explain what you want.


STAGE 3: The Ten Year Warranty

Bioflow has extended the usual year’s warranty for materials or manufacturing defects to ten years for the environmental products, because two decades of experience shows them that the cases and construction rarely fail.  In fact, the original products, from 1991, are still working well.  The current quick-assembly case design dates from 1994 and is reliable.

If you do think there has been a failure of the case, you will need to return the item to us as complete as can be reasonably expected and with your receipt.  We will forward it all to Bioflow for examination.  As always with guarantees, the exchanged item will complete the original warranty rather than have a new ten-year warranty of its own.


STAGE 4: Lifetime Magnetic Properties Guarantee

Motoflow M1, Thermoflow and H2flow use strontium ceramic magnets, which are a little brittle but waterproof and VERY long-lasting - according to one maker’s figures,they drop to half power in about six and a half centuries!  By contrast, ferrite ’fridge magnets drop to half power in not much over two years in practice.  Now you know why they drop off!

And that’s why Bioflow are happy to give a lifetime guarantee on the magnetic properties of your purchase.
