Buying more than one item?
Royal Mail’s system is complex, so most online traders charge a flat rate or give ‘free shipping’. Either way, when you have a larger order, you pay the same to ship per item as if they were all sent singly.
We charge a nominal £1 for packing, plus actual postage, plus tax. We can’t always calculate the correct rate in advance, but we promise to refund excess post over £1 that you are charged. Other distributors don’t do this.
Total P&P charged is listed when you move to PayPal to pay. If the system calculates more than the actual cost, we’ll refund the extra.
We use Royal Mail at cost:
UK: First Class, plus Signed For (orders over £35).
OUTSIDE the UK: Airmail, with Tracking if available, Signed For if not.

The Bioflow Explorer 2 combines the strong but discreetly hidden gasket-
The Explorer 2’s thread-
The powerful Central Reverse Polarity magnotherapy unit in the Explorer 2 module is boosted by a relay magnet sewn into the strap. For details of how the relay system works, go to our Science and Theory page.
Replacement straps are available in all colours and sizes, each complete with the important Relay Magnet near the buckle. If you really wanted a second colour to complement a different social occasion, this is for you. See the bottom of the page to order.
The relay system means that your Explorer 2 can be worn any way round on the wrist, though many people are convinced that wearing the CRP module on the inside of the wrist over the pulse is more effective. You should wear it slightly loose, so that it can move around a little for better therapy. Tight strapping would in any case be likely to overstress the buckle eyelets just as it would with a watch, and such damage is not covered by guarantee.
Explorer 2 can be used over any pulse point (i.e., where the blood flow in veins and arteries is plentiful) so if you can’t wear it on your wrist, try the inside of your ankle, held in by your sock -
The CRP module is so powerful that mechanical watch movements (any watch with moving hands) may be temporarily stopped when the inside of the CRP module gets close to the watch. (A few very old watches may be stopped by the back of the module or the Relay magnet.) So we recommend that if you wear both Bioflow and watch on the same wrist, the main CRP unit should be on the other side of your wrist from the watch. You should also be careful not to bundle the Bioflow and watch together when you take them off; for example, on a bedside table, in a pocket or in the tray at airport security checks -
Both the 18mm men’s strap and 14mm ladies’ strap can take a suitable watch, mounted like the CRP module but positioned further round the strap. The strap is about 2.5mm thick. As long as the watch and module are at least 20 mm apart, very few watches will be affected by the magnet temporarily stopping it when too close. You should find a suitable position to fit module and watch for your own preference and comfort.
The Explorer 2 is available in two module sizes and strap widths, comparable with those on gents’ and ladies’ watches. The standard (men’s) module has a choice of four strap lengths, the small (ladies’) of two. Both CRP modules are of the same power; which you choose is decided simply by whether you want a wider or narrower strap. The men’s strap is 18mm wide and the ladies' 14mm wide.
The wrist sizes recommended are:
Small (ladies’) module, short strap: 145 – 180 mm wrist
Small module, long strap: 170 – 205 mm wrist
Standard (men’s) module, short strap: 145 – 180 mm wrist
Standard module, long strap: 165 – 200 cm wrist
Standard module, ex-
Standard module, XXL strap:: 225 – 360 mm wrist
If your Explorer 2 strap is damaged or badly worn, you could, of course, replace it with any cheap feed-
You may also want a second strap because your wrist size has changed, so that you have one for best, or simply to have a choice of colours.
